Core Embodiment Deep Dive Attunement Sessions

We meet on the 2nd Saturday of the month from 11:30 am -1:30 pm PST for a Core Embodiment Attunement LIVE video session to check in and explore what is most alive for each of you. Each session will be an opportunity to dive into yourself, within the company of kindred community. I will address the current themes of the month and ways of working with the energies that are present. In these sessions we will primarily work with breath, touch, sound and inquiry as our way into the intimate embrace of our own direct experience.
