In this 4 - day journey from Imprint to Blueprint, you are invited to explore the contours of your most direct and intimate experience of Being Human. Allowing a space of curiosity inside of the depleting, insecure, messy, unwieldy imprints and chronic patterns, while also including a deeper contact with that which is vital, honest, vulnerable and awake with feeling from the center of your own unwavering
Presence of Love.
This is the tender edge we walk upon if want to live our fullest expression of being alive, authentic and connected.
This is the tender edge, where integration occurs, my friends. Our unresolved history, traumas and chronic fixation patterns are stored within the neuro-pathways of our tissues, frozen in time, often clouding our direct experience in the present moment. Even with low grade unconscious activation, symptoms such as: over-extending, people- pleasing and various forms of co-dependency— aka as fawning can arise. The flip side flavors of these patterns are cutting off, disassociating or hot-trigger reactions. (AKA fight- flight- freeze).
*These are the life depleting underlying energetics that stem from early developmental trauma. When unattended, lead to what we call disconnection, burnout and exhaustion.
Discovering how to 'stay' with an open, curious heart and relaxed breathing belly in these moments of activation is what allows more conscious awareness to grow in the places where we habitually leave our authentic selves.
Trauma ends or integrates in exactly the moments we are able to stay. Grounded in love, kindness and respect for our human wiring and experience. No matter how skilled, trained or 'expert' we may be professionally, it is integral that we recognize as practitioners that there is always deeper to go in our own embodied wholeness.
What a wonderful re-frame! Rather than our habitual reactivity and dis-regulation being a problem to fix, solve or figure out - it becomes the alchemical container in which we can open to an embodied intimate relatedness with ourselves, nature, Life and one another. In this way, we seat ourselves in our innate birthright to be agents of change, rather than victims of circumstance.
